My daughter loves the classes! They are always so much fun and each time she learns something new! Lianna & Gary are incredible teachers, very encouraging and inspiring! Atmosphere is very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommended

It gives me such peace of mind that my son is learning a life long skill to defend himself, I feel this is vital and I love that Garry and Liana teach the right and wrong way to behave and useful insights and situations that they might run in to and how to deal with them. Absolutely fantastic, I have even picked up a few techniques my self as my son is on such a high when he comes home he wants to carry on practicing! Although I do not train here anymore due to moving away from the area, I spent a good four years here and learnt so much being a complete beginner with no previous knowledge of martial arts or self defence. Garry is a brilliant and highly skilled teacher and great communicator. Garry along with the rest of the club are so welcoming and are always happy to chat and joke about. There are no egos whatsoever here which makes it even more welcoming. Not only did I Iearn how to defend myself and great techniques that DO work, I also made some pretty cool friendships which have lasted and gone beyond my training here. If you're looking to get fighting fit and learn self defence to the best standard, this place, because of its members and instructor is the best place to go and highly recommended.
